AI Usage Policy for Collaborators

Platform policy framework. Commercial and jurisdiction-specific terms may be supplemented by an applicable agreement.

AI can assist, not replace responsibility

Collaborators remain responsible for accuracy, originality, safety, rights and professional quality of material they submit, even when AI tools helped create it.

Confidential information

Do not upload customer data, learner data, identity documents, contracts or other confidential platform information to external AI tools unless explicitly authorized.

Rights & disclosure

AI-assisted material must respect intellectual-property and licensing rules. Where disclosure is required by law, platform rules or the nature of the work, it must be provided accurately.

Automated decisions

AI should not independently make sensitive approval, suspension, payment, identity-verification or child-safety decisions. These require authorized human review.

This platform policy is an operational framework and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
