Collaborator Policy

Platform policy framework. Commercial and jurisdiction-specific terms may be supplemented by an applicable agreement.

1. Approval is required

Creating an account does not create a collaborator relationship. Applications may be approved, rejected, placed under review, or returned for changes.

2. Accurate identity & professional information

Applicants must provide accurate information and, when reasonably required for the role, complete identity or business verification. We aim to request only information necessary for trust, payments, contracts, safety, or legal compliance.

3. Quality, rights & authenticity

Collaborators must have the rights to submit, sell, teach, publish, license or promote their work. Counterfeit, plagiarized, misleading or unlawfully sourced material is not accepted.

4. Customer & platform data

Customer, learner and partner information may only be used for the approved platform purpose. Private data must not be exported, sold, disclosed or reused without authorization.

5. Commercial terms

Commission, revenue share, eligible products, territories, payment timing and fulfillment obligations are set in the approved partner profile or applicable agreement.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity, action may include a warning, changes requested, temporary restriction, suspension or termination. Serious fraud, safety, privacy or rights concerns may lead to immediate restriction while reviewed.

7. Changes & review

Material policy updates should be communicated to affected collaborators. Continued access may require acceptance of the current version.
